1. Take a dime-sized amount and apply in a circular motion to your skin with 1 or 2 fingers until the sun balm turns clear.

2. Rub it in to moisturize skin and create a protective barrier from UV rays.

3. Reapply as needed every few hours and after prolonged time in the water.
